What does "48-hour onboarding" mean? +
From the moment you sign up, we begin onboarding your systems within 48 hours. That means asset audits, security scans, and helpdesk access configured and ready. Most providers take 2-4 weeks for the same process.
Can I get web design without IT support? +
Yes. The web design fees are one-time project costs. You can choose to add monthly IT support afterwards, or just use us for the website build. We recommend the bundle because your site stays secure and maintained.
What happens if I exceed my IT support hours? +
